We are companies selling gelling agents called the pectin. I introduce the thing which I put in pancake mixture as an applied example this time. Our pectin is not in this. It is the same as form to bake thinly in this way in a family. I can easily make a pancake with such a thickness by putting our pectin. The brand name is called dissolution pectin. I only put it in a commercial pancake mix a little, and a similar effect is provided. Dissolution pectin is the new LM pectin which we developed. The conventional pectin needs heating of 80℃ to 90℃. This product melts by stirring it in cold water of around 15 degrees Celsius for one minute. Thus, it is usable in pancake, and also jam, pudding, jelly is able to make.
