High Speed Modular Mounter「EXCEN PRO」 - SAMSUNG TECHWIN Co.,Ltd. We came for an exhibition of Japan for the first time in a six years. Meanwhile, we set up a super-high-speed mounter. This device is EXCEN PRO. It is the device which can embody 120,000CPH at a small place. This device adopts the dual conveyer type which can carry away two things at the same time. In addition, there are four heads with 16 nozzles. Because there is from eight to two nozzles, big parts and small parts are all available. We choose the side view vision in a demand of the quality. It can confirm when putting, picking up parts at the time of implementation with a camera. Therefore we able to be proud of perfect quality. We have solution called PNP. It is the system which can check problem of the quality while continuing implementation. It predicts that unexpectedness occurs, and informs it beforehand. Thanking you in advance.
